Thank you for your interest in NordPodHomes.

Because our products are custom-made and large prefabricated structures, all orders are handled individually through direct communication and quotation approval.

Quotes & Deposits

All pricing requests submitted through our website are non-binding until confirmed in writing by NordPodHomes.

For confirmed orders, a deposit may be required before production and shipping begins.

Deposits may become non-refundable once production has started, materials have been ordered, or shipping arrangements have been confirmed.

Returns

Due to the nature of prefab structures and custom orders, we generally do not accept returns after production or shipment has started.

If your order arrives with significant shipping damage or manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately with photos and delivery documentation.

Damaged or Defective Parts

If any parts are damaged during shipping or arrive defective, we will work with the manufacturer to provide replacement parts where applicable.

Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours after delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on production schedules, shipping conditions, customs clearance, and local delivery logistics.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Site accessibility

  • Local permits (if required)

  • Foundation preparation

  • Utility connections

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started.

Once production or international shipping arrangements have begun, cancellation fees may apply.
